Family Stay During Wedding Weekend

I booked this property due to its vicinity to our venue and did not disappoint! It’s very modern and renovated and easily fit our family of 10 (5 couples) and 2 bridesmaids. We live in the South Jersey area but would book again for a stay cation!

Awesome Margate Vacation

my family and I vacation in the Ventnor Margate area every year. Years ago we owned a home but have rented for the past 10 years. This was by far the best home we have rented. Ation was excellent, the house was as advertised, and the location was perfect. my wife and adult children all agreed we would rent this house again

Terrific vacation house in margate

This is a fantastic property located in Margate close to shops, dining and the beach. A terrific neighborhood. House is immaculate and up to date with new furnishings. Parking in the neighborhood can be tricky during the holiday weekends but this house comes with a driveway for two cars. We had a wonderful family getaway.

Fantastic Thanksgiving getaway

Our family had a beautiful Thanksgiving weekend in Margate at this tastefully renovated home. It looks exactly as it does in the pictures, no surprises. We cooked the full meal in the kitchen, which had the necessary pots and pans, a large refrigerator and a brand new stove and oven, but didn’t have all the utensils we needed, but we still made it work. The living space and dining-kitchen area are perfect for spending time together as a family. Allison responded quickly to any questions we had. We highly recommend.

Margate vacay

The property was perfect for us. Great location, clean, roomy and updated nicely. Allyson was amazing to deal with. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even went so far as to drive a half hour at 10:00 at night when we had locked ourselves out of the house! We would definitely stay here again.

Bachelorette Beach Weekend

The house and location were perfect for a fun filled, relaxing weekend in Ventnor and Margate. The house is perfectly placed between the beach and the town for shopping, eating and celebrating. Included all the amenities, and was very comfortable. Beautiful weather helped make the bachelorette weekend perfect!

Such a great beach house!!

Stayed here with a group of girl friends and we had the best weekend!! House was clean and the owner was very responsive whenever you had any issues. Super close to the beach too!! Would absolutely stay again :)

Beautiful home for all ages

We had a 4 generation family reunion at the beach and boardwalk! It was perfect for all ages. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 4 bedrooms upstairs. The location is very convenient to the beach and boardwalk. There is a crosswalk and traffic light to cross both Atlantic and Ventnor Avenues. We highly recommend a stay here!

40th Birthday Weekend

We stayed for my friend’s 40th birthday weekend and it was amazing! Super clean, very updated, excellent location, lots of space… everything we wanted! The communication was great before going and even being there. We will absolutely be back!

Wonderful beach stay

Family stayed at this location for a special 60th birthday celebration. The hosts replied to all of our emails promptly and were very accommodating with our late check out. While it rained almost the whole trip we were so comfortable spending time in the house with each other. There is plenty of space and the pictures are just as beautiful as the house! It was very clean and plenty of room for everyone. I would recommend the host supply more toilet paper but otherwise such a wonderful stay. The only downside to the house is the thin walls, you can hear everyone talking downstairs from the upstairs bedrooms as if they are in the room next to you. If you are a lite sleeper bring earplugs! In addition, to access the beach you have to climb about 5 steps up and down a small overpass over a wall so if anyone is wheelchair bound or unable to do the stairs this would be a limiting factor. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this house!

Perfect Place!!

The house is exactly as pictured, the location is great, the beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of really good beach chairs to use. We had a great time and would stay here again. Highly recommend.
