Joe, the homeowner, was easy to work with and quick to help when we locked ourselves out of the house. The home was very spacious and comfortable with great views of the waterway. Seeing the draw bridge open and close from the comfort of the home was a special treat. The ten minute walk to the beach was an easy stroll. The home was well furnished and in a quiet neighborhood. My family and I plan to stay at this home for our next trip to the beach.

Perfect sized rental for small family. 3 bedrooms. Spacious living room. washer/dryer. Stocked kitchen. Communication very easy with homeowner. Small floating dock for kayak/paddleboard access to canal.

Outdated, but clean and comfortable

This property is somewhat dated, but clean and comfortable. Watched fireworks from the living room window. Not as close to beach as others, but certainly doable. Host is friendly, helpful and inviting. Couldn’t find bath towels at first. A list of informative items would be helpful, such as location of important items like beach tags, bath towels and extra garbage bags, Beach Parking info, etc.

Ventnor Beach Gem!

This was our first time to the area and Joseph's home made it a perfect trip! First of all, he's an excellent host and extremely responsive. The home is stocked with all the essentials and has lots of space for a family. It's also pet friendly which is a must for us! Being right on the water was so great, Joseph even had kayaks and other water toys for us to use. We even caught some crabs for dinner in his crab pots! It's just a short walk to the ocean and was just the perfect spot for us. Highly recommend!

A great experience

The house was awesome and just like the pictures presented. The view from the livingroom was amazing and the house was clean and comfortable. The host was very nice and accommodating. He made us feel welcomed and offered his assistance, if needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Joe was a great host. Always accessible to us and quickly addressed any concerns we had. It was a great location - easy to get around. Being on the water was most enjoyable. Lots of room, Laundry facilities a bonus! Highly recommend!

Weekend getaway

My wife and kids wanted to come up to AC and visit rainforest cafe. We decided against hotel and chose to stay here for space. Home it is very spacious and quiet which we thoroughly enjoyed. It had everything we needed. Everything was very clean neat and organized.

Just an overnight

Came down to celebrate some birthdays and hotels were a fortune. Found this listing and it was perfect location, quiet neighborhood, few minutes from casinos. The owner of the property was so nice. He checked in with us a couple days before as well as that day. Everything about the house was as expected. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

New Years 2023-4 Stay

Nice 1st floor rental that is on the waterway. We really liked the number of rooms/beds available and the large space of the living & dining room area. All around peaceful and quiet too. Thank you for having us for the New Year!

Bad stay

Its was very noisy really bad at night from upstairs there was one wash rag bed linin had smell did not smell clean there was food left in bed room.dresser middle bed room with two beds tv remote did not work hand rail going to front door got spleners in hand really bad. Still trying to get them out did not have much sleep because of upstairs the couch was not what was in pitchers light did not work over table

Fantastic View!

We had a great weekend stay! The view of the water can't be beat! Proximity to Ventnor's beautiful beaches, local coffee shop, ice cream parlor and more made it so we really did not have to drive once we parked in designated spot (x2) in front of the garage (we drove to Margate for dinner one night and had a delicious meal at Barrel's) Joe was very easy to communicate with and happy to answer any questions we had. A deck off the living room would have been ideal; however, we made the most of the floating dock in the rear of the house. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Joe's place to family and friends!
