Perfect stay for a single person. Room was comfy and had everything I could need. Close to the boardwalk even for me to use my walker safely. Wish the parking lot right behind the location had free parking. Also wish the construction crew working right under my window didn't start at 8 A.M. They were too noisy with their hammers, saws, cement cutters, etc. Shouldn't they have been included in the 9-9 quiet hours? Should have been some instructions on how to use the remote for the Roku (?) TV. I couldn't locate any local (3,6,10) channels for news, so after 15 minutes, I gave up.

The stay was great. The studio condo was amazing. It was small which is how it was advertised but they made great use of the smaller space. It was like the tiny homes I see on tv. We loved it!! It had everything plus some. The beach chairs and umbrella were great to have since we weee staying a short time and don’t bring them. Steve was great to work with and readily available for any questions! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

For approximately 200 a night, the stay was okay. It's a bummer parking isn't included.The owner was communicative before we checked in. The space is nicely decorated.The room was fairly clean but the bed wasn't the best (we didn't sleep well). We tried contacting the owner during our stay as the cleaning service didn't leave extra toilet paper (we ended up having to buy our own after not hearing from him). There weren't tissues and the wifi didn't work. A dresser or shelves would've been nice.
