Two additional storage rooms have cots available. Bedroom 1: King bed, sleeps 2 (wide-screen TV) Bedroom 2: Bunk bed / kids room, sleeps 2 Bedroom 3: Queen bed, sleeps 2 Extra room: two portable cots, ideal for children Living room: Small, folding futon (sleeps 1 adult or two children) ***GUEST MUST BRING LINENS: - bedsheets and pillow cases (see above bedding to select sizes) - shower and beach towels Eight beach tags included! Spacious side yard (rare on this island!), with a propane grill and plenty of seating for family gatherings. Outdoor shower Bicycles (depending on condition/availability), helmets and bike locks Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards Free parking in driveway (1-2 cars, *tight* spacing), and on street as available. Two wide-screen TVs -- bring your own devices and/or accounts to stream your favorite shows. Air conditioning -- house is equipped with window and/or portable units Guest access Guests have access to the full house and property Other things to note We can not rent to guests under 25 years of age. We ask that our guests please keep in mind that Stenton is a residential neighborhood not suited to parties and loud noise, especially at night.
