I had an excellent stay! The front desk staff was absolutely outstanding—friendly, welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel like a valued guest and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their exceptional customer service truly made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great hospitality!

Parking was easy, staff was very nice and helpful. But the room I booked and what they give it’s totally different. I booked king size bed and the gave me small room with two beds , room was clean but in very poor condition, one of the bed mattress was broken, no closets and no iron, basically nothing in the room, you have to bring your own. I was only staying there overnight, thanks god, if I would need to stay more nights, I will book somewhere else.

This budget-friendly hotel comes at a price when the property is not maintained and amenities aren't working. While the front desk staff was efficient, the ice machine, in-room fridge, and AC unit did not work. I will not stay here in the future.

The room was neat and clean, and it was super close to the boardwalk and beach. The staff were efficient and friendly. There was a lamp that hung on the wall between the beds with outlets on them, but there was no plug to plug it in. There were only 2 outlets in the room and the TV and refrigerator were plugged into one of them. Made charging all our devices difficult. The internet was terrible. Atlantic City Beach was absolutely disgusting and I will never go back there again, but it was a good visit despite the dirty beach. Great if you are ona slim budget.

Only thing that was good about this property was location. It was less than a block away from boardwalk. The outside was ran down . The door chain lock was hanging off wall so I had to put a chair to door for security reasons. Then the bathroom was horrible,it had cigarette burns all over counter and bathroom tub and shower was from the 1970s.

Only two towels and wash clothes the whole weekend. Asked for clean and the guy on duty couldn’t find clean and made me take dirty ones back. Tub was clogged, bathroom exhaust fan broken bathroom got soaked every shower! No sockets to plug anything into besides one in room that worked and one in bathroom which ended up getting phone wet when I realized exhaust fan didn’t work. Do not stay there! Bed felt like I was sleeping on box spring I’m very skinny and have bruised hips on my sleeping side. Worst then the dirtiest and cheapest hotel I’ve ever been to. bro

The room is actually in better shape than it appears from the outside, but this hotel still has a long way to go before I’d stay here again — even for a one-night stay, which was the length of my visit this time. Several basic issues made the stay frustrating: * The room doors either didn’t work properly or kept getting stuck. * Only one outlet in the room worked. * The bedside lights didn’t function. * There was no trash can or trash bag in the room. On top of that, there was a $10 parking fee that felt unnecessary, especially since nothing was provided to show proof of payment for parking.

This was by far one of the worse hotel stays I’ve ever had. We checked in two hours after our original 3pm check in time and went upstairs to find our room with the door open, totally destroyed and disgusting. Not clean and not ready for guests. A cleaning lady was then directed to our room, and it took her by herself, over an hour to clean our room (which means we were finally able to enter our room 3 hours after our original check in time). We were given dirty sheets until we pointed it out, a toilet that didn’t work, AC that didn’t work, and a fridge that didn’t work. The staff, particularly the man at the front desk, was SO disrespectful to us as guests. We mentioned the idea of compensation for our stay or possibly another room, and were told “we don’t understand how corporate works” and there was nothing they can do to satisfy us. We were then presented with an ultimatum of receiving a refund and “getting out” or “dealing with it” with no refund. As we had traveled far from out of town, and it was a holiday weekend, we needed a place to stay, as we could not afford to go to an alternate location last minute, even with the refund, as prices were much higher. After our difficult evening, when checking out the next morning, we once again asked for compensation for our stay, as we were not greeted with kindness, and not provided a clean, ready room, with properly working amenities during our stay. The staff has still yet to give us fair compensation.
