Terrific, beach-block condo available for rent this offseason. Steps from the beach and setup for long-term or short term rentals. 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Master bedroom has King bed, second bedroom has bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top. Great home for small families. A short walk to the beach, a ten minute drive to Atlantic City, and less than 30 minutes to Ocean City. Brigantine is a quiet town, close to a lot of excitement. Sheets are provided, beach chairs/umbrella/toys are provided, and all external furniture for sitting and enjoying coffee on the porch or deck.
The condo is air-conditioned and features 3 bathrooms and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
