Condo needs a thorough cleaning. Baseboards and floors are very dirty. Kitchen dishes are minimal. Appliances are rusty. Bathroom tub/shower is very old and gross and needs to be replaced. No/minimal decor. It wouldn’t take much to make this place very nice, but it seems there was little to no effort to make it rentable.

It was great but the unit is aged. There was no plug for the bathtub. Tub was really worn and dirty looking No extra pillow cases or blankets. We had no idea that there was no elevator. It would have been nice to have some plastic cups in cabinet for kids to use is stead of glass. The beach was amazing. The pool was great but no umbrellas for shade.

Beach getaway

The condo was clean but had some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The check in process was confusing as I received 3 different codes to get in and then was told I had to stop and pick up keys. Also got conflicting directions on check out procedures.
