Island Beach and Racquet Club 303-A is a Third Floor 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Oceanfront Condo perfect for a beach getaway! The Island Beach and Racquet Club community comes equipped with a community pool, tennis courts, and much more. There is fun for the whole family when you vacation at this beachy condo! High-Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience!

Bedroom #1 is oceanfront and has a King Bed, Deck Access, and TV. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twins and a TV. Bedroom #3 has a Double and a TV.

Amenities Include: 3 TVs, 3 Flat Panel TVs, Roku in the Living Area, Wet Bar. Covered Deck, Screened Porch, Deck Furniture, Hair Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board, and a Fully Equipped Kitchen with Garbage Disposal, Coffee Maker, Wine Cooler, Toaster, Slow Cooker, Blender, Oven, 2 Refrigerators, Microwave, and Dishwasher.

Island Beach Racquet Club Community Amenities Include: Building Elevators, 3 Outdoor Pools and Kiddie Pool (pool typically open May 1st - Oct 15th 9am - 10pm), Beach Access Walkway, Outdoor Showers, Laundry Area, Sound Access via paved walkway, Grilling Area, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, On-site Playground. Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay.

Please Note: Even though you are staying at a Keyless Vacation Rental, you MUST stop by our Atlantic Beach office to pick up your check-in packet with two parking passes.
