Large home close in Atlanta
I didn’t know a lot about Atlanta when I choose this location. Definitely an up and coming part of town. Places to eat were not walkable and a car / Uber was required to get to all attractions. House was large and suited my 4 person adult party well. Nice remodel with bathrooms for each room.

Modern Hidden Gem
Juan, the host, was very responsive and respectful. The check-in process was easy and seamless. Juan provided the access code and instructions a few hours before our arrival.
The property was as described: modern and recently updated. The finishes were beautiful, and the layout/space size was perfect for us (group of 6).
The house appeared very well cleaned. The beds were big and comfy. I missed not having a full length mirror, but it wasn't a big deal. I didn't discover any personal toiletries in the bathrooms, i.e body wash/shampoo, but I always bring mine so it didn't matter much to me. I also didn't see pots/pans when nosying around the kitchen, but I might have missed it. We only needed the microwave. Everything else was perfect. There were enough clean white towels, hand/dish soap, toilet paper/kitchen rolls, closet hangers, utensils, spices, plates, etc. There were smart TVs in 3/4 bedrooms with Netflix, YouTube, etc!
The neighborhood was very quiet. We encountered no issues at all.
I would highly recommend this property, and would gladly stay here again when next I'm in Atlanta.
