This hotel needs a remodel in the worst way. Our check-in was fine no issues. We were given 205 &then the reality of the poor condition of the room was apparent. The mattress was so worn out that you literally felt metal coils and parts of my body were touching the metal slats supporting. The thermostat was not working correctly for anything except the AC which was ok, the first two days at 70 outside, but then our nightmare began on night three when Atlanta hit its coldest temp of the winter dipping to 20s, that’s when I discovered that we couldn’t turn on the heat in our room, so I reported it at 9:30 am and left to go to work with assurances that it would be corrected. I returned later that night at around 8pm and walked into my room and it was probably mid-60s in the room and almost unbearable even before the worst of the drop in temperature could be felt and at that point no one was in the office or front desk. I made do that night by wearing full clothing to bed and barely got any sleep. I called my worksite and reported that I would be late to our meetings because the room I was assigned had no heat. I went back to office to report our heat still didn’t work. The manager came and fixed the issue fairly quickly but on her way said, “it’s not that cold in here” and I’m like it’s sunny out so of course it’s warmer than last night when I know it got down to low 60 in the room. I couldn’t believe how unsympathetic she was to our situation. Very unprofessional

The room was not clean—cupboards were dusty and the tap was loose. The main door latch was not locking properly, which was concerning. The bathroom door was broken and scratched the floor every time it was opened or closed. Overall, it was a very bad experience. These are basic maintenance and cleanliness issues, and they really need to be addressed, as they are essential for guest comfort and safety.

The internet ain’t worth shyt on the 5th floor. You have to have a room on the lower floors for better internet. The shower does not give off hot water only the sinks. It’s more comfortable taking a heaux bath than it is the shower. The mattresses are not comfortable and are stained as they have no added padding or protection so bring ya own bedding or prepare for the gross. Very minimal on the roaches. I may have seen 4 in a months time and for an extended stay Thas bragging. You will have to pay a deposit for the kitchen ware of 25.00. Thas not standard at every property but for this property it is. Draw your own conclusions. Hope for the best
