Our stay at this home was perfect for our group. We had six adults, three children, our little Dog, and the house still had plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably. Everything was very clean, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again when we return to the area. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

The house was big enough for the 5 couples in our group. One of the couple ended up in the room with the bunk beds and struggled a little getting comfortable. We enjoyed having fellowship in the living room. We did not use the kitchen that much but it had everything we needed. The bathrooms were good. The only concern was that all the toilets were loose and move a lot.

The furniture was very cheap, and poor in quality. The linen was stained,upon arrival. There was stains on the floor. Communication was poor. I reach out to tell about a problem (took over 36 hours to get a response).

Nice, Quiet Stay

The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Home itself was clean with the exception of some items left in the oven from a previous renter. Owner was very responsive and wanted to rectify situation, but since we were leaving early the next day, and no longer needed the oven, we declined. Beds were comfy, linens were nice and clean, and showers were great. Nice kitchen, but this home doesn’t have a kitchen/dining room table, so my husband and I found it difficult to work from this location. It does have a very large island with 6 chairs, but the chairs were hard wooden ones that were uncomfortable.

Great house in a great location

House was exactly as listed & very clean. It was the perfect layout for our multi-generational family of eight. The house was in a quiet neighborhood & a great location convenient to both Atlanta & Stone Mountain Park. Communication with the host was great. Would definitely recommend.

Very very disappointed in this VRBO listing, I took pictures but I guess you can’t add those on the review…I did not receive any email for check in and check out instructions. After a 30 minute call with VRBO 2 hours before check in, they finally gave me a number to call for the host/property manager. She would not give me the details until 4 PM exactly at check in even though I told her I understood that check in was at 4 PM and would not arrive until after.The back sliding glass door latch was broken and would not lock at all. When I texted the host their response was it “hard to lock thats why we have a stick there for extra protection. Is it there?”. The STICK FIX was too long for the door and you could still open the door. Having two toddlers and just not knowing what area we were in this is absolutely a safety and risk hazard!!! She agreed to have someone come and fix it the next morning and it was fixed on day 2.Pros: nice bathrooms with clean towels and included toiletriesnice kitchen with included dinnerwareclean sheets and beddingCons: filthy walls everywhere with marksBeds were rock hard and all you felt were springsVery very small couch in the living room, barely could fit myself and two toddlersDownstairs couch is a futon and BROKEN will not stay together in middleNo bedroom closet poles to hang clothes Bean bags in loft completely deflated and flatEvery blind in the rooms had chunks missing No privacy curtain on back door sliderSketchy area

Weekend getaway

We came up from SC for a weekend getaway and went to Stone Mountain which was so close to the home. The house was very clean and check in was very easy. Communicating with the other was so easy and she responded so fast! We loved the house and will definitely recommend to anyone!

Communication with host was delayed at least 2 days most every time I had questions. 1. Toilet paper shortage by end of stay 2. Kitchen appliances not working.(K-Cup and blender both didn't work) 3. Kitchen not having simple small kitchen appliances or pans available for a family to prepare meals. ie: hand mixer . 4. Kitchen not have serving bowels. 5. Uncomfortable beds 6. Broken latch on back gate, potential for dog or small child leaving the yard. 7. Lack of seating and lack of comfortable seating for sitting and visiting with family. 8. More access to outside trash cans, the ONE that on property wasn't emptied before our stay so this resulted in multiple bags being left on the ground and an animal did get into at least one bag. Things we like. 1. Upgraded baths. 2. Availability of 3 full baths. 3. Adequate number of rooms available. 4. Availability of 2 separate levels for entertaining with TV’s 5. Availability of washer and dryer. 6. Cost very reasonable for number of rooms and baths.
