Summary:
Enjoy a comfortable stay at this impeccable home professionally designed with all-new furnishings! It’s a short distance from the restaurants and amenities of both downtown Decatur and downtown Avondale Estates. The property is located across the street from the PATH Foundation bike trail with access to the Beltline, Stone Mountain Park, Avondale MARTA, and much more. Easy access to Emory University and Emory Hospitals, Agnes Scott College, Columbia Seminary. Two bicycles included!

The Space:
The property is a two bedroom townhome with one and a half baths and a full kitchen. There is a computer desk cubby in the living room. There is a deck in the fenced backyard with a table and four chairs; two free parking spaces are in front of the home.

Guest Access:
The entire home is available to guests.

The Neighborhood:
This home is an attached townhome in a townhome community that lies about halfway between downtown Decatur and downtown Avondale Estates. Both Decatur and Avondale Estates have vibrant business districts and many cute and trendy restaurants. The unit is on a popular bike path that goes to the west out to the Beltline park and to the east to Stone Mountain park.

Other Things to Note:
Two bicycles are in a shed in the back yard. Two helmets and a tire pump are in the coat closet downstairs.

Guests are required to sign Host's short term rental agreement prior to checking in.

Pet policy: We allow dogs only, a maximum of 2, weight up to 25 lbs only. We do not allow cats. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $70 and an additional fee of $20 per pet per day. Dogs left alone in the home must be crated. Other pet policies apply: please review our House Rules for our full pet policies.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

You will also be given the choice between authorising a damage deposit of $500, or a non-refundable damage waiver of $35.

Comfortable townhouse close to Avondale Estates. Host was accessible. On our second night, we had an issue with the furnace and the host sent a repairman asap to the home. By the time the repairman arrived, we found the switch and had the furnace working. As a senior couple, we liked having a half bath and full bathroom.

Wonderful Townhouse for a visit to Atlanta

Perfect two bedroom townhouse with comfy beds, every amenity we needed and a lot of extras like backyard for the dogs! Andy came over and fixed an issue super quick and gave us some tips! The Marta station was a mile away and easy to get downtown. And we loved walks with the pups in the neighborhood! I definitely would stay again!

Perfect place in a perfect location

Our 4-night stay was wonderful. So close to the charming cities of Decatur and Avondale Estates with many dining options. And close to major sites in Atlanta for easy in and out. Michelle and Andy are terrific hosts. So accessible, friendly and warm in each communication. This place offers a quiet respite in a big city.
