Tim at the front desk went out of his way late at night to accommodate our needs. We were coming from the hospital where our family member was in critical condition. The room was clean, breakfast better than normal, hot and constantly being refilled. The housekeeper was wiping down handrails as well as what you would expect. We stayed in 3 different hotels this trip and this by far was the best although not the most expensive.

This was a nice and clean room with only a few issue. The blackout drapes didn't really blackout the super wattage lights from the parking lot. I ended up putting all the pillows against the window to help. The mattress was very comfortable and the sheets fresh and clean. My outlet didn't work for the microwave so I had to pick it up and move it to another one. This review would have been better if the breakfast wasn't so bad. By 9;15am there wasn't any yogurt left or fresh fruit. I'm gluten - free so everything else I am unable to eat. Needless to say I checked out and had breakfast across the street at Cracker Barrel.

We were traveling to Loudon TN and stopped over in Marietta for the night to get on the other side of Atlanta rush hr traffic. This was a very nice hotel. Our room was very nice. Looked freshly remodeled. The lobby was clean and modern. Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly. Would recommend this hotel. Will stay again if need arises.

Please skip booking a room in this property. The place is dated and dirty. The room Instayed had issues with the a/c, smelled like wet dog and had peeling wallpaper. The bathroom had rust on its faucets and peeling wallpaper as well. The carpet all over the property needs to be removed. The front desk staff was very courteous and pleasant. Currently under renovation.

This hotel is conveniently located, clean, with a courteous and helpful staff. Good breakfast and very accommodating housekeeping staff. We were very happy with our room until we went to bed and turned out the lights. Oh My!!!! There was very very bright lighting on the building. Although the windows had blackout drapes, the bright light shown into the room around the edges of the drapes rendering them ineffective. Because of this, I would not stay here again.

Central location, great breakfast choices, staff were warm and willing to go the extra mile. I didn't expect less being the holiday in express but it made my vacation more fun. I will definitely stay there again whenever I am around

This is my favorite overnight place when on two or three day driving trips to and from central US. I like being located north of downtown Atlanta when I am on my way north the next morning (headed away from incoming rush hour traffic on weekday morning). Also, there is gas station right next door, that is convenient. And, there are a couple of good food places close for lunch and/or evening meals.

Overall this hotel is average and pricey, but the location is really good. It could use some work because the overall feel was really outdated and with ignored areas, especially after you left the entrance area. Breakfast was mediocre. Beds were decent, not much water pressure and they need to improve parking lot spaces. I would probably stay here again but only if I knew the property had been completely redone or if there was nothing else available.

We were attending an Atlanta Braves game and chose this location vs. a closer HIE due to a much lower cost. It was only a $8 Uber ride to the stadium, so we will be staying here again for games. The hotel was clean with a few wears and tears here and there, if you inspect bottoms of bathroom doors you may be disappointed. As another reviewer had mentioned, I was thankful for the well lit parking area, until I got in the room after the game and it was lit up like the 4th of July. Maybe just a tweeking of the angle of the lights would help, I was on the 5th floor. The one security measure I didn't understand was the elevators. They said you needed your room key to enter, but then the door to the elevator area was propped open. Maybe there was a reason, I didn't research why. Just seemed strange. breakfast was until 9:30 and we arrived close to 9 and the supply of food was just as if we had been there at 6. Some places you only get picked over food, so that was great. Staff were very friendly. Biggest issue for me was the computers in the business offices. We were trying to buy our game tickets before arriving at the ball park. After waiting for such a long time for page to load, like 1980's long time we gave up and bought at the stadium. So be careful if using for game tickets, flight tickets or show tickets. Will definitely return.

Not the best hie. No recognition for being a platinum member. Toilet seat was ready to fall off. Could use some work. Breakfast was mediocre. Beds were decent. Location was good, I probably will stay there again because of the location or maybe try kennesaw HIE.
