The Breakfast was great and the ladies/chefs were wonderful. They made us very welcome, like it was home. They really made my stay. I felt important. A .

Overbook hotel only response was I needed to call booking agency. Extremely rude

The air condition was so loud that we had trouble sleeping. The hallways were noisy. The sign up for the pool and fitness center was disorganized

It was peaceful and tranquil even though it is located in downtown Atlanta. The bed was so comfortable. It was a great place to relax.

The property was clean and simple. Plus, the facility it was convenient to the location I was visiting.

The property surrounding hotel wasn’t very appealing.

They had breakfast and free parking. It was also clean.

Nicely planned out room with plenty of jack's and plugs conveniently around in room. Built in luggage rack nice part of devout.

It was my first time traveling alone. I felt very safe at you location. Staff was extremely friendly. I'd definitely stay here again. I loved my room!

The woman at the desk at check-in was friendly and efficient. But when I went to the workout room, it was hot as blazes in there. I am under doctor's orders to spend at least half an hour daily on the treadmill, and that day I had no option about when to do the workout except that one time. So I used the treadmill but almost fainted from the heat. I reported that to the woman at the desk. Next morning, it was not fixed. I was told at the front desk that the maintenance guy had not been informed yet. I had to ask for the maintenance person to go there right then. I also pointed out that the scale was not working at all, and there was no trash can in the workout room. He said he fixed the air conditioning some and would fix it more after I was finished. It was 76 degrees, with no air moving, when I started the workout and exactly the same when I finished. I felt just awful! The scale had not been fixed, and no trash can had been brought in. Also, I was in one of the newly renovated rooms, and it was pleasant except that the bed is WAY TOO SOFT, so that I kept waking up off and on all night. I told the person at the front desk that the morning after my first night. She expressed regret. I asked if anything could be done, and she said no. I have used Orbitz a LOT, so I tried to call the Orbitz number to report all of these problems yesterday & was on hold for 20 minutes--no one ever came to the phone. Please arrange compensation for me, and email to inform me what you'll do. Thx

We had two young boys with us. Great pool for hours of fun.

Staff and breakfast were nice, the location is good, but the room was disappointing. The carpet was wet around the AC unit and otherwise dirty, the window shades didn't block out the light, and the whole place had an unpleasant smell.

The room we got was significantly cheaper than other area hotels, it was a last minute booking. I was impressed with the quality of the room and it was a comfortable stay.

Good hotel with appropriate amenities. Clean and reasonably priced

We made a short visit to Atlanta and wanted to stay around Emory University. The Holiday in Express in that area is reasonably priced, very clean, and has a very nice breakfast with a lot of options. I recommend this hotel if you want an inexpensive but clean and comfortable option.

Staff were very courteous and professional. Facility is clean and well maintained. Highly recommend

I am sorry that you had trouble sleeping due to a noisy air conditioner. I will make sure my engineer evaluates all the units in the guestrooms to ensure we don't have this happen again. We understand your concern regarding the pool and fitness schedules. At this time, we must schedule guests for these time slots as we are required to clean and sanitize after each use. This is to make sure that every guest feels safe and stays healthy. We hope that we soon our guests will be able to use the amenities at their own risk as before. We do appreciate your feedback in letting us know about your experience.
