It’s a wonderful place! I truly enjoyed my stay. It was luxurious, spotless and comfortable.

Great staff. Clean facility. Manager was too delightful and caring

The property was undergoing renovation and there were construction barriers on the first floor which made for an unappealing look. This hotel was recommended to us by our relatives so we booked it but were disappointed to find that it cost twice the price as other hotels we had stayed at during the week but had no free breakfast and no spa in the pool area.

Warning to anyone attempting to check in at a Hilton before noon - they’ll charge $50. Plan accordingly.

Our stay was uneventful. The staff at the Double tree in Roswell,Georgia was extremely accommodating and friendly. The rooms, and hotel, though clean were very badly in need of updating.

Very friendly staff; free coffee in the lobby and a very comfy mattress. Close to the wedding venue at the Gardens at Great Oaks.

From the time we walked in we felt welcomed and appreciated . Steve recognized us and along with the front desk agent Chris gave us the best service . Enrolled us in the Hiltons Honors program and sent us to our room . The next day I just asked if there was a refrigerator in our room and since there was not one they sent one up to the room within 5 minutes . That is called SERVICE . Yes the hotel is a little older but the cleanliness and service is what will make me come back . Thank you .

Bathroom was bad - electrical socket falling off wall, tub very slippery - hard to get out of it - no bar, toilet tank loose, lid loose, made horrible noise when bumped. No vent in bathroom. Beds fine. no luggage rack. Were paving parking lot, and had no handicap parking near front door. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Grits were terrible - like cream of wheat with lumps (I'm a Southerner) with no flavor or butter. The eggs were over cooked, the bacon under cooked. The fruit was very good.

We only used the hotel in the morning and night. It was a fine stay.

We got in really late our first night so unfortunately our room was not available at all to us, but the hotel took care of it and sent us to another hotel and covered this cost of the night. This was quite a bummer, but that staff at the front was so apologetic and wonderful about it and really made up for it. They spoiled us, frankly! I would recommend this hotel as a non luxury place but it is super cozy, beds and rooms were quite and comfortable, and staff was warm and accommodating. I would stay here again and feel good about it! Location was great. Cookies of course are the best!

Easy to get to from the airport - about a 45-55 minute drive near my destination. Easy in and out of hotel parking to restaurants and other venues. My stay was comfortable - great bed and linens - which is really what sleeping in a hotel is about. The room I was given, for some reason, was a handicapped access room, though I didn't need it. That wasn't a problem - the bed was comfortable with lots of pillows - but the shower had a lower than standard shower head and fold down seat (accessible for a wheelchair) which made showering slightly awkward, but I am short so it really wasn't a problem. However, the shower had no curb and therefore the water ran all over the bathroom floor when I showered. I was the only occupant, so using all the towels to mop it up wasn't a hardship, but if 2 people had been staying there, it would have been a problem. I got all new towels the second day as requested. The room was comfortable and quiet. Higher floors would have had better views - I wasn't there during the day, but my view was of the back of a large satellite dish. Just in case anyone DOESN'T want to get the room I just described, it was #211. I was good with it, though.

I was very pleased with my stay at the DoubleTree in Roswell. The room was very nice and the location was perfect for my visit to the area.

Location is a bit hard to find at first, but once there, its easy. Rooms were clean, mostly up to date. Shower heads are low (as in most hotels), but they do have a secondary wall mounted adjustable hand wand so that you can at least stand up straight to rinse your hair. Staff was courteous. Seemed to be slightly lower average than the normal Double Tree, but by mo means bad. Will certainly stay there again when in the area.

nice place to stay with good staff with easy access
