BED BUGS! need I say more

My stay was unbelievably terrible!! First they gave us a key and sent us to a room that had not been cleaned. We are in the middle of a pandemic! Beer cans all over the room, ashes, the bed was all messy and still had the body imprinted in. I was in shock! We went back and they accommodated us to another room only for us to wake up with a huge leak from the ceiling. The nightstand, carpet and luggage were drenched. My phone was in a puddle of water on the nightstand. We went to the front desk and they were not of any help. The front desk receptionist who went by the name of Neil Patel refused to give us the managers name. I can see why this place is so poorly rated. Avoid this place at all cost.

Old and dirty, needs renovation. I had to switch my room several times. The options were horrible. The room smelled. The carport in the hall was filthy. The room they put me in had trash. It was dust everywhere. The staff didn’t have many rooms to choose from. The tub had cracks and rings of dirt in bathroom. Stains were everywhere. Furniture was ripped. Bed had stains. The rooms remakes of mildew and smoke. The worst decision to stay here. I was told I couldn’t get a refund from staff. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here. I deserve a refund. This was definitely not a good voice to stay. The staff seemed very unbothered about me being unpleased. Highly disappointed. This place was disgusting. Never again.

That clean the beds I found the beds without having changed sheets with hairs in both beds. And you need refrigerators in the rooms the rest was fine.

The lady at the desk was a sweetheart. I think we checked in at the wrong time, it was a little slow to wait our turn for two others ahead of us. But my 6 year old and I had been canoeing all day, so we were hot and tired. The breakfast wasn't really anything unexpected. I rarely choose more than coffee anyway, seems most everything else is bread, but if thats your thing... It was right beside Red Lobster, and my son was curious about that, so walked over, that was a plus. I would stay there again.

Nice hotel in quiet corner of town. Next to Red Lobster and other businesses. Friendly staff.

The hotel was good for the price and had decent breakfast. The most annoying thing was that our room was humid and no matter what we set the thermostat to it didn't change. And the bathroom smelled a bit, sort of like sewer, but not bad enough to have to change rooms.

It was fine. I heard there was a weight limit on the dog of 50 pounds. That really does not make any sense.

It was OK. There is nothing in particular to recommend the hotel over any others in the area. For one or two nights, it is fine. The breakfast is very limited.

Not a good property!! A total wreck. Has not had any up keep
