From the moment I checked in - it was an amazing experience. The staff was so accommodating and pleasant. I cannot wait to stay again!
The Evergreen resort was a nice stay for us, but they are still not in top service condition after Covid and their recent change in management. The front desk staff seemed clueless, they have no spa amenities. There is a website that is still up that has an active calendar for booking massages, but that part of the resort is out of business. The main restaurant in the hotel has 3 entree choices for dinner. Yes, you read that right. They have sandwiches and 3 entrees. Everything about the Stone Mountain property is not quite right. So, for 300 plus per night it is very overpriced. There are better options.

Good afternoon Sir. My name is Julian and I am one of the Front Office supervisors here at the Atlanta Evergreen. I noticed that your stay was not as satisfactory as you would of like. If possible, I'd like to get some feedback from you about your dealings with our front desk agents and how we could of been more of help to you. Feel free to email me anytime. Thank you.
