Gated 1 bedroom apartment walkable to Sanford Stadium and downtown Athens (only 1.1 miles!) including high speed internet access, cable (with sports package) in living room, smart tv in bedroom and stocked kitchen.

Our one-bedroom apartment (on 2nd floor) is located in a gated complex that is less than a mile from downtown and Stanford Stadium. Perfect for business travelers as we do have high speed internet and a printer with scanning capabilities.

We have everything you need for a comfortable stay including a queen size bed in the bedroom and queen sized sofa bed located in the living room.

You will find the kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics for making a home-cooked meal if you decide you need a break from all the wonderful restaurants that are nearby.
For entertainment needs, our condo is equipped with a flat screen HD television equipped with Roku with free access to Netflix.

Also included access to the gym, pool and paid laundry facilities and FREE parking (two spaces included.)

Best of all, you will love how convenient our apartment is to downtown, UGA and Sanford Stadium!
