Luxury 1st floor 55sqm apartment with 50sqm balcony,great view,sea and mountain within 550sqm land,overlooking Anavyssos and Palaia Fokaia beaches,gardens front and back,parking spaces,air conditions ,hot solar water,electric operated tentsand window shutters,Large bbq, area recently renovated,fully furnished ,triple glazed windows,heat and sound prouf,wi-fi,tv ,walking distance to beach and windsurfing,close to airport (20 minutes).
Very clean ,several beach places,all along coastline, to visit and swim,walking to mountain,windsurfing,lots of fish tavernas.Street market every Wednesday, local produce ,fish.

Newly renovated throughout,wondeful views,over 100 sqm in total with balconies everywhere,with sea and mountain views,residential area,ovelooking Fokea on the left side and Anabyssos beaches on the right side (We are on the hill)with windsurfing facilities,ideal for families wih children,very clean beaches,with shallow waters very safe for little children and adults.All rooms with screening facilities ,to keep away any insects out,air conditions,flat tv with -Netflix- cinema,wifi,wooden floors with persian carpets in dining,lounge and bedroom,remote control tents and all outside windows shutters and solid security proof door and keys.Kitchen with all facilities,freeze,freezer,cafetiere,toast maker,several utensils,hot and cold water ,lots more in the cabinets,much more than you need.
Lots of fish taverna's and other variety of food locally,lots of supermarkets,delicatessen etc.Extra large covered coal ,original barbeque area with wooden table and chairs.
More space ,with lots of room,than anywhere else,quite,there will be only you at the premices,you will feel like home.
