I chose this hotel because they advertised a free shuttle service, but upon arrival I was told I would need to take a taxi to the airport—completely contradicting what was offered. The environmental “resilience” fee was also surprisingly high at €8, while other hotels in the area charge under €2. Airport pickup was poorly organized and required several phone calls before anyone arrived. The same person who drove me also checked me in, and he was neither pleasant nor helpful, especially with luggage. The worst part came at 3:15 a.m., when I was preparing to leave. The door shut behind me while I stepped out to make coffee, locking my key card inside the room. I called the emergency line multiple times, but no one answered. With no staff on-site, I had to figure out how to open a neighboring door, climb through a window, and get back into my room just to retrieve my bags. It’s frightening to imagine what might happen in an actual medical or safety emergency when no staff is available to respond. Overall, this hotel failed on every basic level of service and safety. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Self check in was easy with clear instructions. The shuttle was only offered at certain times so we opted to take a taxi from the airport. However we took the shuttle to the airport the next day and everything went smoothly. The apartment is also in a great location for walking to restaurants and very close to the water. Would stay again!

This was a great place to stay for an overnight between flights. The rooms were a decent size and were clean. and best of all they pick you up from the airport River plate and take you to the airport for your departing flight. If you get a chance, there are some restaurants along the beach about 5 to 10 minutes walking and if you can go 15 minutes walking you can walk into town which has even more options.

The room was small but adequate for an overnight stay while waiting for a flight. They were very helpful in securing taxi service when the shuttle was not available. Close to the airport 10 to 20 minutes depending on the driver. The suggested drive did it in the shortest time. The beach was refreshing after a short walk there. The nearest restaurant on the beach was a bargain with massive servings. We split an order and it was still too much. It included complimentary ouzo and Greek donuts.

This was a great place to stay for the night before we caught our flight home. The shuttle was a huge bonus and we were given great instructions on where it would be at the airport. Our driver was excellent and showed us restaurants and a grocery store which were all within walking distance. The room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

WE had to contact hotel re check in and shuttle as we received no information nor email 24 hours before as written in the fine print of reservation confirmation. Shuttle was on time but we did not receive any answers to questions via text, phone nor email. We just happened to see the driver in the yard. Many improvements are needed. Onsite hotel staff would be helpful.

The room was very clean. The transfer service is amazing. The young man who came to the airport to get us had to wait and then was there at 6 AM to take us back. He pointed out the supermarket and some restaurants where we can get dinner and make them most of our 13 hour stay.

Fine, not great, unreliable shuttle

As sort of a basic barracks for crashing between flights, it was fine. My main issue is with the shuttle driver, who said he was “almost there,” but didn’t arrive for another 40 minutes.

The property is close to the beach, a few blocks away, easy walking distance. It is close to a supermarket and restaurants along the beach. It was clean and comfortable, and provided an airport shuttle service included

O it was not available for us and the Uber taxi was very expensive. The driver seemed to take a long time getting to the property. The advertised price did not include extra taxes that almost double the advertised price. For example there was an extra price for more than one person. Also a staff member requested an 8 euro “tax” charged by Expedia. It would have been the same price to stay at the airport hotel and a lot easier to connect to the next flight.

No frills. Clean room we could walk to beach and town for food and market. The pillows were flat and we only had one each. Dog barking all day and all night from the neighbors house. I could hear people dragging their bags up and down the stairs and I swear I even someone snoring. Airport transfer was quick and seemless.

I provided my airline information both arrival and departure via multi emails before leaving . They acknowledged they would pick me up. I arrived to the agreed shuttle pick up place early - I waited over a hour. I did not have cell service put used the airport wifi and reminded them I was waiting ---No response . I called from the airport and said I had been waiting there was no van as shown in the website. no one with a sign They told me they would get a hold of him So they knew I had arrived . I waited another hour . I took videos and photos. After a almost waiting two hours . I had to take a taxi , which costed almost 42 euros. Then I got there around 6pm the door was locked , no one even at the facility. I finally got a hold of the driver " he forgot about me" He provided a code to get in. The partial sea view is 4 stories up, with unsafe stairs on the 4th story. And not really a sea view. I again had to tell the driver 3 times I needed a ride back to the airport. I would not recommend!
