The property i was given on the ground floor had no sitting area like shown in the pic ! Very old apartment, very old kitchen, bathroom had cockroaches which the caretaker did come and spray ! I never used again so i don't know if the spray worked..Great big double beds very comfortable, nice terrace, fantastic location if you like 24/7 nightlife. All in it was ok ! but apartment really needs to modernised, owner and caretaker very nice and quick to reply to correspondence and whatsapps.
