The house is right on the beach of Alepochori. It is a house of 150sm. It has three big bedrooms that can accomodate 6 peole. It has a big fully equipped kichen, a big livingroom with dinning room.It also has two bathrooms. The house is surrounded by big terraces where you can have lunch, dinner, have drinks or just relax and enjoy a book. The view from the terrace is spetacular, you can see the beach and great sunsets. The house is also surrounded by garden with pine trees lemon trees and beautiful flowers. The house is on the first flloor, there is also a studio on the ground floor that could be rented with the main house. The studio can accomodate four people and it has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The property is right on the beach where you can swim all day long.

The apartment door wasn't stay closed unless you locked it. The door lock had been broken sometime in the past by someone trying to get in and wasn't repaired. Everything else was fine.

Maison spacieuse avec accès à la mer à 50 mètres

La maison est largement assez grande pour accueillir 4 personnes : 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Sur le balcon/terrasse qui fait tout le tour de la maison, il y a tout le mobilier nécessaire pour manger ou se prélasser. Le diner face au coucher de soleil sur la mer et le petit déjeuner face à la mer sont des instants de purs plaisirs !! Petit bémol sur les moustiquaires et les portes coulissantes pour fermer les chambres et la cuisine. Au bout de l'allée qui doit faire 50 mètres, une route et de l'autre coté de la route... la mer !! Que demander de mieux ? Nous avons passé une semaine (30/07 - 05/08/18) vraiment très agréable. The house is large enough to accommodate 4 people: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the balcony / terrace that runs all around the house, there is all the necessary furniture for eating or lounging. The dinner facing the sunset on the sea and the breakfast facing the sea are moments of pure pleasure !! Small flat on the mosquito nets and sliding doors to close the rooms and the kitchen. At the end of the driveway which must be 50 meters, a road and on the other side of the road ... the sea! What could be better ? We spent a week (30/07 - 05/08/18) really very nice.

Fantastische Sonnenuntergänge auf großer Terrasse

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem Ferienhaus. Obwohl einige Sachen (Fenster, Wasserhähne, Toilette) repariert werden müssten, war der Charme doch groß. Das Appartment ist sehr geräumig und gerade an warmen Tagen wirklich großartig.
