The buffet breakfast was below average. Ours was included in the room rate, but at 11 Euros per person it was overpriced. The room was very comfortable except for the morning church bells which chimed very loudly and intermittently over the course of an hour. Staff was very helpful and the housekeepers were very friendly. Even though the hotel is down a dark street, it is a short walk to lively restaurants, shopping and night life. Having traveled extensively through Europe, I must say I was somewhat taken aback by the toilet paper procedure in Greece.

Clean modern room for reasonable cost. Staff was exceedingly accommodating and friendly. My only recommendation is that they have a more efficient coffee maker-a self serve, one cup at a time is awful when a half dozen people are trying to get breakfast. But overall very good stay.

It looked safe after talking and seeing that it wasn't a problem with graffiti maing it unsafe. We walked all around with no problems. Staff was awesome. Rooms were very nice and had a great breakfast option which was very reasonable. If we are able to come back we would stay there and send our friends.

Wonderful staff Very helpful and kind. Went out of their way to answer questions, suggest local restaurants which were amazing. Paris was one of the people who exemplified great service, making us feel welcome, finding transportation and suggesting options for restaurants, allowing for an easy early checkin and offering an upgrade for the room to make it easier for a person on a mobility scooter. Every hotel should have an employee like him!

I booked here coz it is near the port and we are going on a cruise, i like the complimentary ride to the port and nice balcony. But the bathroom and shower is tiny and uncomfortable. The check in takes a long time coz the person in the front desk was in the very long phone call.

The service was excellent, staff went above and beyond to secure taxi on a busy Saturday to take our family to cruise port. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was just ok, i would recommend just going to a nearby cafe. The elevators are very small. As is the shower/tub. The location was perfect as far as walking to nearby shops and restaurants and very close to cruise port.
