Zurzeit nicht zu empfehlen

Kommunikation mit dem Vermierter war sehr gut und sehr freundlich und schnell. Auch das Einchecken war gut, da der Vermieter uns entgegen gekommen ist und uns hat früher einchecken lassen. An sich auch eine schöne kleine Wohnung aber mit deutlichen Mängeln. Zum einen war es in der Wohnung extrem kalt, die heizungen funktionierten auch nicht. Bis dahin dass man Nachts mit dicker Decke und Schlafanzug schlafen muss und man auch tagsüber ohne pullover friert während es draußen 27 Grad waren. Dazu kommt dass es auch feucht in der Wohnung war und sich dadurch an den Wänden im Flur/wohnzimmer und in der küche Schimmel gebildet hat, wodurch wir morgens mit kopfschmerzen aufwachten und nur schlecht luft bekamen. (Das ist das größte Manko). Von der Lage her ist es auch nicht wirklich besser, recht heruntergekommen und auch schmutzig. Die Umgebung wird in der Anzeige gar nicht erwähnt. Ausserdem leider nur griechisches Fernsehen und kein Internetzugang für den Fernseher. Wlan war jedoch vorhanden. Die Küche war sehr schön und modern mit allem was man benötigt wie z.B. Toaster,kaffemaschine,spülmaschine, sandwichmaker, etc... Das Badezimmer war auch groß genug mit ebenerdiger dusche. An der dusche waren leichte schäden, die uns beim einchecken mitgeteilt wurden. Um in der dusche warmes wasser zu haben muss man erst den boiler per knopfdruck vorwärmen was eine halbe stunde dauert, ansonsten ist das wasser eiskalt. Aber an sich ein schönes badezimmer. Die betten waren groß und recht bequem, wenn man eher harte matratzen bevorzugt. Auch die schlafzimmer waren recht groß, das wohnzimmer welches als eingangsbereich oder flur und esszimmer fungierte sehr klein, mit dem einzigen fernseher.
