Little cottage by the sea

Α countryhouse 65m2 with a 400m2 garden only 50 minutes from Athens. It consists of two bedrooms with 2 big double beds (a small foldable single bed can be offered upon request) one bathroom, kitchen with all the electrical equipment (oven - fridge - microwave - toster - espresso machine - filter coffee - juicer) and everything else needed , a big living room , front balcony overlooking the beautiful garden and rear patio for your relaxation and reading. There is air conditioning off course and both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Also there is private space in front of the house for parking. It is located 40 meters from the sea and at approximately 400meters is a well known windsurfing and kite surfing spot. All the beach bars and organised beach is at a 5 to 7 minute walk (600 -650 meters away) Also the centre of the village of Chalkoutsi is at a 850 meters walk by the picturesque seaside paved road ( ideal for evening strolls) where you can find everything from restaurants and tavernas to cafes and supermarkets and an amazing summer movie theatre. Also a bicycle will be offered during your stay for ease with the groceries. The town of Oropos is 5km away where you can take the ferry ( half an hour trip) to the island of Evia and the small town of Eretria. Buses to Oropos and Athens from Chalkoutsi are leaving every hour. Bus stop is 850 meters from home. The placement of the house makes it perfect for relaxation and recharging while being close to everything you can ask.

The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include an espresso maker and a ceiling fan.
