It's in a pretty run down area. Doesn't feel safe. The "reception" basically is just a desk under the stairs. And the key to the room looks very simple and not secure at all. The balcony is connected between two rooms and it's shared. (i.e. it's good if you want a connected room, otherwise you maybe surprised finding someone outside your window) We were only there for a few hours stay, you get what you pay for.

Good Price, loud neighbors

We were able to check-in after Midnight which was a bonus. Selected an economy accommodation as only in the room for 7 hours while waiting for the ferry. In the end not worth it,… cigarette smoke, loud night club until 6am, lack of basic toiletries and a tiny room made for worst experience we have ever had.

We were NOT picked up a the airport We made our way and could NOT get in to the hotel. Hotel is right next to a very LOUD bar. We had to find another hotel at 2am REFUND REQUIRED PLEASE

There was BED BUGS in room 204. It started with this feeling crawling on me, then I look annd see a couple large ones annd some tiny ones on the linens. By the time I have everything packed up, there’s about 20 swarming the bed. And worst of all, the management didn’t do anything about it. I went downstairs to get a room change… no one there. Called the phone line, and it rings right next to me. So I took a key myself and switched a room myself. They were just laying about. I call the next day to say the situation and the man tells me he will give me a refund. Then I speak with Expedia and they confirm w the manager and all he says is “it’s a common issue, not a big deal. We used to it. Can’t do anything about it. No refunds”. FCK this place.

This property shares a wall with a night club that blasts music until 6:45 in the morning, there is not warning or mention of this on the hotels page, the shower in my room was broken, and the ac was set at 25c, (77f) and no amount of messing with the remote could fix it, this place seems cheap but in reality it’s probably easier to sleep in the London metro than it is to sleep here, also might be more comfortable. Only upside is it’s close to the ferry docks, but there are plenty of other hotels just as close that don’t have the same draw backs.

Lux Hotel is terrible :(

The Lux hotel was one of the worst hotels my family have ever stayed in. The room was super small, super dirty. But luckily they had a sister hotel Diamond Piraeus Hotel that I was transferred to, and it was much better than Lux hotel. It was though much farther from the location that I wanted to stay. Also, in this hotel we never had a housekeeping for a whole four nights that we stayed in. Overall, not satisfied thank you for your attention.

No internet or AC- calling the desk did not help. The shower was faucet over the toilet and a drain in the floor. Loud music from the club next door made sleeping difficult. Two men hitchhiking in front of the door came into the property after my husband and daughter punched in the entry code. We told the front desk who did nothing and let them stay. It makes no sense because they were clearly hitchhiking and trying to go somewhere, but they then followed my husband and daughter inside? In the elevator they coincidentally said they were on our same floor; we slept uneasily that night to the sounds of the hallway and the club next door.

Like others have said, was next to a night club that boomed all night long. Hate to hold that against the hotel but to make guests happy would need to sound proof the rooms. Room overall was quite disappointing. Felt gross even taking a shower. Had to figure out how to flush the toilet. Get what you pay for if you are wanting to take a chance on this place. Do have to say I didn’t meet the staff but they did assist with setting up our transport from the airport to the hotel which was nice, even the taxi driver when he dropped us off have us the look and good luck wishes.

We got absolutely no sleep. There was a party going on in the bar downstairs that was still blaring when we left at 7am. And there were little bugs crawling around. One of the beds was broken. I will never stay there again.

Night club downstairs and impossible to sleep till 6 am. Absolutely terrible and if hotels.com have this kind of place on there books I will not use the site anymore.

Disastrous. Right above/next door to prostitution nightclub banging music past 3am in the morning. Impossible to sleep. Space is nothing like the photos. Avoid at all costs, unless your plan is to frequent prostitution clubs.

This is the worst nights sleep ive ever had. The noise feom the Bars downstairs is unbelievable. The AC units vibrate from other rooms on to your walls. It was horrendous.

The location of this property is terrible. Right on top of many nightclubs which originally we did not think would be a problem as we are young travelers who like to go out at night. The noise was unbearable and went on until 6am. The room was dirty and full of bugs we slept on top of the covers because it was not clean enough to use the blankets. The room was also full of mosquitoes. Staff was nice as we arrived later than check in allowed so they had our key sitting at the desk waiting for us upon arrival. The overall noise and uncleanliness forced us to find a new hotel elsewhere.

This place is in the same building as a night club and is facing another night club. You will not be able to sleep and the music doesn't stop until 8 in the morning!
