The house is newly renovated and added in Vrbo and is ready to host its first guest. It is a two bedroom spacious house that can make any guest feel like home. You can cook, work, wash your clothes in the house. The house is warm in the winter and cool in the summer providing a pleasant stay for the guest. Guest will have access to the whole apartment and the balcony and the backyard. We will be in contact with our guest 24/7 for any injury or support they need during their stay at our house. We will be confirming our contact details as soon as the booking is complete to guide our guest through until they arrive, during their stay and when they depart from the house. The Neighbourhood has many local restaurant with greek and international food as well as many coffee shops and few bars as well. It is easy to commute to any other area you wish by train, bus or taxi from where the home is located. The house is located in Neo Irakleio Area of Athens very near to the Olympic Stadium and the two biggest malls of Athens, The Mall and Golden Hall. There is a train station 3 minutes walking from the home that can take you to all the areas of Athens that you wish to visit. It is a very safe area, family oriented with many local shops around for dinning and drinking and taking walks. There is also a shopping area outdoors 10 minutes walking from the home if you wish to do your shopping. The Home has all the amenities that the guests requires for their accommodation. In the home we have all appliances available ( Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, stove & Oven, microwave, coffee maker, water heater) Along with TV in the living room, Air conditioning each in every room. In addition there is hairdryer, clothe hangers and bathroom essentials as well as kitchen essentials if they wish to cook.
