Poorly equipped and not renter ready. Not set up to be a rented home. There were clothes and shoes in closet and in general you felt like you are in your grandmothers house and she didn't prepare for your visit. There was no garbage can in kitchen for example and kitchen was poorly equipped. Location and communication was very good. The house is for sale and it's not set up to be a rental.
