This spacious retreat features three large bedrooms, each equipped with a smart TV and high-quality linens. The living room is designed for relaxation with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, with complimentary coffee provided. The entire apartment is air-conditioned, and a 24/7 boiler ensures a steady supply of hot water.



Just 100 meters from Alimos Beach, our apartment offers easy access to swimming, sunbathing, and beachside cafes and bars. The neighborhood provides all essential amenities within a minute's walk, including a bakery, market, and public transport options like the bus and tram. Enjoy the convenience and comfort of a well-appointed home base while exploring the vibrant local area. Great location!

My family and I loved our stay at this property! The property is clean and spacious, just a few blocks from the beach and with a great deck to enjoy the lovely Greek weather. There is easy access to public transportation to see the sights in Athens or to venture further down the coast. There are a number of good restaurants and groceries within walking distance. Property management were friendly and attentive, and even let us drop off our bags early! Would definitely stay there again!
