A modern 2 bedroom flat located in central Koukaki just off the historic Filopappou Hill and a 10 min walk from the Acropolis and its famous Museum! The flat is conveniently located 500 m. of distance from Syggrou Fix metro station from where you can reach all major points of interest of the city! Fully equipped, Air-conditioned, fast Wifi, Washer & Dishwasher available. This flat is prepared for a trouble free stay in one of the most central parts of historic Athens.

This newly renovated 85m2 flat is located in Koukaki, one of the hippest areas of central Athens and just a 10-minute walk from Acropolis hill.

It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons in 2 bedrooms and an open space living room. The master ensuite bedroom offers a double bed. Second bedroom is equipped with a king size bed (that can also be separated to become a twin), and access to the balcony. Two more persons can be accommodated in the comfy living room sofas that turn into extra beds. All rooms are air-conditioned, bathed in plenty of light and offer TVs.

The flat offers one modern bathroom with a shower cabin in the master bedroom and one more bathroom with shower. A washing machine is also available.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with modern electrical appliances and dishwasher to help you prepare any meal of the day. Among all the other electrical appliances, you will also find a microwave, kettle, toaster, espresso maker, and filter coffee machine. In the living room, there is a large corner sofa, coffee table, and a 48’ Smart TV. The main dining table is suitable for 6 persons.

Lovely modern apartment in Athens

The outside of the building is deceiving-doesn’t indicate how lovely the apartment is. The apartment is very modern with high end appliances and nice furnishings. The air conditioning works very well. There is a large terrace to enjoy. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen. You are close to many restaurants and center city sites. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great Location

The pictures are accurate and loved the terrace! Needed additional towel and soap/shampoo- was delivered in 45 minutes. Only downside was luggage storage off site but found a great gyro place by luggage storage and would still stay here again. Plenty of room for 4 adults.

Nice apartment, good views, one large balcony with good views of the neighborhood. One tiny balcony off the primary bedroom. Chairs and couch in the living and dining area not very comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood is dense and dirty, but good coffee shops and some food options very close. It was about a 15 minute walk to the markets around the acropolis museum. The host met us there and was very nice. And they were very communicative. Beds were firm but comfortable, pillows were cheap and flat. Ac in every room worked well.

It could have been better

The problem started at entry, as we were not met by the porperty manager as we were expecting. Our taxi driver phoned her using a number by the key-safe and got the code.In the apartment, it was freezing cold, and there were no written instructions on how to operate the heating, the showers, the ovens etc. etc. No instructions as what to do with the rubbish, no tea towel, no supply of bin liners. On the plus side, the manager was helpful in giving advice about directions and travel.

Great updated modern , all you need

Nice neighbourhood, 15 min walk to Acropolis, 10 min walk to Metro and pleasant Tavernas, cafes, mini markets and shops . Terrace was excellent Climate control Airconditioning worked well. Would come here again.
