Convenient suburban location, large rooms

As Athens is known for its crumbling infrastructure and old-style accommodation, we didn't have high expectations. This property is a large apartment with several idiosyncrasies that we didn't resolve properly until the end of our 2-night stay. The bed was comfortable, the bedroom dark at night and relatively quiet (apart from the neighbour above scraping furniture on their wooden floorboards). PDF check-in instructions had been sent via booking platform which caused confusion as we didn't not see them using the phone app. Having clear written instructions in the apartment would have resolved any issues we may have had - the hosts will resolve this for the next guests.
