The lockbox was hard to find and the owner kept telling me he was sending photos but he didn’t. And then when I asked for help, he said “I already sent you the photos”. There was no lack of concern that a guest was alone and scared about entering the property. I finally figured it out but tough luck if you feel unsure because he doesn’t even pick up his calls.
