Do not book here! I was told I would receive an email with check in instructions as there is no host on property. I never received any instructions for check in. Upon arrival, I tried calling the number listed on the lock box with no answer. I had to ask the business next door to use their wi-fi just to contact them via what’s app. They told me my reservation was not accepted due to a platform issue with Expedia, even though I had a confirmation. After waiting and calling them repeatedly for almost 2 hours, they offered me another apartment a few blocks away. I arrive at the apartment and am unable to access their wi-fi. I text them, no response. I get locked out because the door automatically locks, even if you don’t lock it. I text them again, no response. I now realize if you don’t have internet, what’s app doesn’t work…If I hadn’t crawled over the balcony, I would’ve been locked out my entire stay as I didn’t have internet and couldn’t reach them any other way. They never gave me the correct wi-di, even after I purchased a ESim because I didn’t have internet access on property. There were cigarette burns on the couch and all over the table outside. The jacuzzi takes hours to heat up, the main reason I booked this place, the living room tv was broken and the master bath sink doesn’t drain. Overall a terrible experience.
