Cool house with Gorgeous Views
Arrived at Black Stone Villa after a week long catamaran trip through the Greek Isles. Such a beautiful place to relax, take an hot shower and take in the beauty of the sea. A very modern cool house with indoor pool and great patios. Kitchen was so modern w/ a great space to prepare meals. The elevator was great to have too. Everyone involved with Bill & John Properties were so helpful in arranging all our needs. Thanks for everything!

Proceed with Caution
Although the house is modern and new with a beautiful view, the property owners did not provide notice that the house had insufficient AC, times when power would go out and in addition, no water at all at one point!
Be aware as the house has an indoor pool, you can smell the chlorine throughout the home and as a result there is humidity inside the home as proper ventilation was not installed when built.

Perfect retreat!
Black Stone Villa is a carefully curated oasis on the Mediterranean. Travel to and from Athens was
easy. We enjoyed access to nearby beaches, Sounion, and all the wonderful towns along the
main highway 91. The villa itself, perched on top of a hill, was stunning. All four floors face the sea and
large glass doors open onto terraces that we loved. We spent most mornings sitting out and looking
around at the views that stretch for miles, and we’d watch the sunset from the terraces every evening
while enjoying local wine. Kitchens on the top and bottom floors were fully stocked and made meal
prep effortless. We appreciated the amazing living spaces, but also the gym (with shower and laundry),
indoor pool, and elevator. The bedrooms were generously sized and could accommodate a larger family
or group. The property manager, Vicki, was very helpful and made our stay comfortable. Black Stone Villa is
luxurious and we think it would meet anyone’s highest standards and expectations!
