The reception desk service was awesome! Every member in the reception desk went above and beyond to help us and the cleaning lady was very nice as well! Great location with lots and bars and restaurants around. At the room the windows were sealed reducing almost completely the noise from the street. We had a great experience.
Very modern, clean and helpful front desk staff. Helped us with eating recommendations and assisted us when we checked in very early with a temporary room since our loft was not available yet. They also arranged an airport transfer which was very helpful. Only negative is that the loft entrances are on ground floor so it gets noisy at night. There are clubs just around the corner. We did not hear any noise when we were in the hotel room though just the loft. In checkout the staff was very nice and offered to change our rooms to accommodate us again. They really did try to go above and beyond and offer great service.

We are located on the most lively part of the city, full of restaurants, bars and cofffee shops. Due to that fact, we took extra care on the safety and noise insulation factor, using new technologies and soundproofing material. Some nights in the heart of the greek summer tend to be more noisy with events organised in the area. We hope it wasn't too big inconvenience.
