Perfect Room and Location!

Dimitris made check in so easy with fast and thorough communication. The Hotel has a great location. Easy to get to from the metro station and walkable to the major sites. It was a lovely room in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed touring, shopping, and eating around the location.

The hotel was clean. There was no front desk and only communicated through watchapp. The ac was not working correctly. They offered to come and “clean it”. Also, there was a nightclub sound until midnight and beyond.

We just spent 3 days at Athens City Suites and honestly, it was perfect. It was me, my husband and our 7-year-old daughter, and from the moment we arrived, we felt so comfortable. The room was spotless, really well looked after, and had everything we needed. Plus, the location couldn’t be better, we could walk to so many of Athens’ main sights without any hassle. I have to give a huge shout-out to Dimitris, the manager. He was amazing, super friendly, and full of great tips on what to see. He even helped organise our airport pick-up and drop-off. It made our whole trip feel so easy and stress-free. If we ever come back to Athens, this is where we’ll be staying, no question.

I liked the location which was convenient, staff manager was helpful ,but the ac was horrible ,the other half of the room was blocked off by a wall so we all had to sleep on 1 bed to feel the barely working ac,also woke up chocking and clogged chest from the bad air wuiality of the ac air blowing , wasn’t getting cool enough . And the bathroom shower was clogged so everyone we took a shower the water would spill out everywhere,

We really enjoyed our stay @AthensCitySuites. Dimitris was readily available to assist us with both minor inconveniences (e.g. make minor adjustments to our AC unit) and bigger issues (e.g. organizing our shuttles to and from airport) making our stay as hassle free as possible. I highly recommend staying here.

Customer service was amazing. They held our bags for us until check in and gave great advise on things to do and where to go. Service and communication was above and beyond. Hotel was located in a great convenient location. It was clean, comfortable and had all the things you need like blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturizing creams. We had a great time at this location, everything was great, the staff super friendly and accommodating, the main attractions were a few minutes walk away, nothing further than 15-20 minutes The only thing I would adjust is by putting a little divider to keep the water from the shower to run to the bathroom floor, but this was my room I’m not sure if the rest of the rooms were designed the same way
