It is a stylish 70 square meters top floor apartment with a lovely balcony. It has air condition, wi-fi and workspace. Beach is only 30 minutes ride by tram or bus.

Excellent emplacement.

Le logement est très propre et spacieux. Seul bémol la terrasse annoncée donne directement sur les chaufferies des bâtiments alentours. Très bruyant et inesthétique. Les propriétaires sont charmants.
