I traveled with my father and my 8 year old son. We all loved our stay here. All of the staff was so accommodating and our unit was clean, unique, and charming. Each of us got to pick our own breakfasts which were delivered at our requested time each morning. It was fresh and delicious. As far as location, you're in the heart of shopping, dining, and entertainment. You are walking distance to the major attractions as well. And, there is public transportation nearby - easy to use the metro to and from the airport. The staff does respond via messages through Expedia Group but you should also have a WhatsApp account (which I didn't). This seems to be the go to app in my international travel experiences.

A lovely place right in the heart of Athens. Stayed here with 2 kids and we absolutely loved the location - able to walk everywhere for the key sights and plenty of fantastic restaurants and stores (and gelato spots!) The hospitality of the staff was next level. They were so helpful and responsive to ensure we had a great stay. Breakfast was convenient and wholesome. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at the Athenian Residences! From start to finish, the service was excellent with Manos and team coordinating shuttles from/to the airport, getting custom breakfast orders and recommending restaurants (one of which we went to twice - it was that good!). We have two young kids and the apartment was set up perfectly for them. There was a high chair and a small toddler potty and the kids loved swimming in the pool after hot days of sightseeing. We’d definitely come back!!

Booking this hotel is a no brainer! The service from our hosts was second to none. They made sure we had everything we needed and were responsive to questions. The property is so cute and simply the best location for walking everywhere. I had known the dining in Psyrri would be good but it was way beyond anything I could imagine. Much better than eating in Monastiraki or Plaka. The pool was incredible and refreshing on the very warm August days and evenings. The courtyard is cozy and can really only accommodate about 6-8 people hanging out there at a time. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel was beautiful and so amazing for a family. we stayed in the family suite- they had everything- a kid step stool, highchair, little potty, all the things! Demetrius was so kind and helpful at check in and during our stay. The breakfast offered was huge and a great perk! The only downfall was the music at night in the surrounding neighborhood was a bit loud but white noise helped! It was spotless and the daily service in the room was amazing to come back to. The little plunge pool was an amazing break for my kids to come back to after exploring in hot athens!

Manos at the Athenian Residences took great care of us. The location in Monastiriki is perfectly central to transit, sights, food, and nightlife. There was plenty of room in our suite for our group of seven, and a private bedroom and bathroom for the parents is a plus. The provided breakfast was fantastic. I was surprised how quiet the room was with all the action outside. The pool is more of a cold tub, but my kids loved it. Five stars, especially for the price!

Absolutely incredible! Our host was fabulous. It is minutes to Monastaraki. We were able to fly in from Atlanta and see the Acropolis in the same day. Hotel is accessible by car/van (some are not). We felt safe the entire trip. Girls had their own area and own beds plus their own bathroom. Our host took our suitcases up and provided breakfast daily. Beds were super comfy for all of us. Tons of towels for use. They thought of absolutely everything! Our host was so knowledgeable and had lots of needed recommendations. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Great little place for our family of 3! Easy walking distance to Monastiraki Square and all the restaurants and bars. Staff was great with information and arranging transportation. Breakfast was provided from a selection.
