Disappointing. We arrived late at night, and no one was at the reception. Despite trying to call, we received no answer. After waiting 20 minutes, the concierge finally appeared but didn't bother checking our travel documents. The physical key provided was difficult to use, and the lack of English or French speakers made it impossible to seek information. We felt lost and decided to check out early. It was NOT a pleasant experience, definitely NOT. 😔

Great place to stay in Atami with nice view! But its little bit far from Atami station and pretty hard to go by walk! Should use taxi or private car:)
