Clean room, wonderful location once located. We arrived in Assisi and the directions provided to the rooms were so insufficient that the neighbors could not help us locate the property. The host was very unhelpful, refused to call us. This was the worst customer service we’ve encountered over the past 29 stays in short term rentals. Host upon contacting for property location help was not. They just said review previous email although our GPS

Beautiful room in a very lovely location. We were very happy to be "on the hill" as it added to our Assisi experience. The check in process was flawless. The host was very gracious and quick to help resolve any problem or concern. There is a small fridge in the room, which was adequate for our short stay, but no kitchen facilitiy.A peaceful place to rest and some respite from the heat and crowds during our time in Assisi.

Assisi the Beautiful

The whole process was seamless and trouble free. Marco made communication very easy. The Diamond room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again and recommend staying to anyone.
