- An open garden at the front of the house covering 250 m² (facing west-south-west)
The house is ideally situated in Pont Mahé (in the commune of Assérac), in a very pleasant setting, amongst pine trees and right by the sea.

- The sea is within walking distance (1.5 km away) with Pont Mahé beach (a Natura 2000 protected site),
- The countryside nearby, with walks along paths around the house,
- A wide range of places to visit in the surrounding area: the ‘Plage de la Mine d’Or’ in Pénestin, the medieval town of Guérande, La Roche-Bernard, the salt marshes, the Brière Nature Reserve...
