The location is amazing and the staff was really nice but they didn’t offer the late checkout i was looking for and they pressured me to leave the room because they were overbooked i guess but in overall is amazing i recommend the little nell or st regis better but if you want to save money and have similar experience book the W

Paws up from Prissy!

Staff was exceptionally friendly and good with requests. Linens were soft and comfortable. Rooftop is awesome and the food there is delicious. Great bartenders! Pet friendly!
