This tastefully remodeled, ground level condo boasts two bedrooms , a three-quarter bathroom and an open floor plan kitchen and living area. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed. The lower bunk is a full sized futon and the upper bunk is a twin, providing sleeping space for three. The condo includes a patio, grill, washing machine and dryer for your convenience. The well-appointed kitchen is fully stocked for any meal prep you may have in mind. You can't beat this location, directly across the street from the grocery store and with all of Aspen town in walkable distance! Step outside and explore all that Aspen has to offer. Fall in love with Aspen and enjoy the magic it has to offer.

Our group of 4 adults loved this unit. Ground floor made it easy for hauling ski gear in and out. Walking to Silver Queen gondola. Right in town so close to everything. Cozy. Great shower water pressure and very hot water. Fancy hand / body soaps and shampoos. We would all stay there again.

new renovation (everything works!), good location (we barely used our car-we walked to silver queen and took public bus to highlands and snowmass), great communication, cozy and super clean, best shower (nuthin fancy, but if you rent this place you'll know what i mean)
