The property is very clean and the rooms are beautiful. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and professional, but they do need to hire more people for quicker service and requests.

Breakfast staff unprepared when opening , loud kids in hallways . Multiple people not controlling their dogs.

We loved our room, and the location in town! We had a terrace and that added to our experience each night! We did not like how they are handling breakfast...snacks are one thing but we went else where to buy breakfast even though they said we got free breakfast...and you pay for coffee!

The property is in a GREAT location--walking distance from everything in town. The happy hour and breakfast options were excellent.

We travel with a dog. Their $30/day pet fee is very reasonable for a property of this caliber. When we got to our room it was already set up with a comfy “lime” green and white beddy and food/water bowls. Folks at the front desk had cookies for him and he was the toast of the town!

I loved the hot tub and outdoor pool and they were so great about rides to the airport, other mountains, etc. they were also super nice about printing stuff for me and shipping baggage.

Friendly staff, great breakfast. They’ll pick you you up at the airport and drive you most places so no need for a rental car, which is great since parking kinda sucks in Aspen.

Wonderful proprety, nice staff, excellent location

Our stay at the Limelight was wonderful. They have a shuttle service that picked us up, and dropped us off, at the Aspen Airport. This service was always available to take us anywhere in town. I can't say enough about the friendly and helpful staff, who always had great recommendations when we had questions about where to go or what to do. The location of the Limelight made it easy to walk the entire town. The hotel and our room were inviting and always clean. We would definitely stay there again!

Dear Teresa, Thank you very much for your review and providing other guests the opportunity to read about your experience. During our shutdown, we have made a series of very impactful modifications to our public space and guest rooms that would allow our guests to feel safe, comfortable and enjoy the hotel experience. We disinfected all areas of the hotel, sanded down tables; purchased new furniture and really focused on the re-opening of our hotel under the compliance of state and local authorities in Colorado. We are diligent the way we proceeded to offer our amenities and decided to offer a “Market Place” breakfast experience. We have a variety of hot, cold, sweet or savory items that are individually wrapped and each guest can select to choose from. Our breakfast and coffee is included in the resort fee while specialty coffee drinks are not. Our intention is to provide a safe environment while our guests can enjoy everything we as a hotel but furthermore everything Aspen has to offer.
