This was my first time in Aspen and I am still traumatized by the prices of the lodging. The Aspen Meadows being no exception. This hotel is not really a hotel, it is a mix of wonderful small buildings, separated, in the middle of a meadow situation. It has many pluses, architecture and art being the number 1. The breakfast following close. The setup in the nature (with deer jumping around sometimes if you are lucky), another one. Internet works ok. It has drawbacks as well (apart from the price): the (beautifully setup) rooms, are not well isolated, you can hear he neighbors upstairs walking all over, you can hear their alarms. If you have polite neighbors it is ok, if you do not, good luck. Beds are comfortable, the bathroom is well equipped. The living area is enormous. The health center is nice, the pools are a very welcoming sight at any time. The health center has everything you need. However, you have to walk in the outside to and from. There is no food to be had after breakfast and that is a bit of a problem sometimes. It has a shuttle to the center and to the ski areas, and the people are very nice. So, I liked it overall but it was very expensive.

This is the only place we ever stay is Aspen. It is close to Main Street and the rooms are gorgeous and spacious. There is plenty to keep you busy on the property, even if its just walking the doggies on the beautiful trails. Can't wait to come back!

... at least until the renovation is done. While this place is nice and optimal for the Aspen Center of Physics, like in my previous review two years ago I still feel it is rather overpriced. This is compounded by the fact that the restaurant and bar are being remodeled. What does this mean? There is no place to hang out and you are stuck with room service. One would expect that the 20% service fee would be dropped. Nope. So here I am at a place that has no restaurant and I am forced to pay 20% extra for a service that I do not want? Never again. Another nuisance is that housekeeping will not respect your things. I am very tidy, and I do not like it when someone moves my things or, even worse, places them elsewhere. After the first time, I called reception and asked for this to stop. No effect... I am giving 2/5 simply because the area is beautiful. Would that not be the case, it would be a clear 1/5. Will I come back? No. Next time I am renting a car and staying elsewhere. Walking to the ACP does not match the nuisance of staying here. Good riddance.

My husband and I are supposed to be on our Honeymoon next week. We have been married since 2014 and “life just happened” so we put it off for a bit. Aspen is My Honey’s most favorite place to visit. Life is happening again. Our family is suffering a terrible loss. My mother-in-love was admitted to the hospital on Friday with what we thought was the flu. She has stage 4 pancreatic cancer and is in her final days. My husband just called the resort and spoke with Gabriel to see if by chance we could be issued a refund. Gabriel was the epitome of a class act. No questions asked. Thank you Gabriel for giving My Honey just a little bit of peace during this trying time. You are an Angel. ❤️❤️ We hope to see you soon!

We stayed at Meadows during our last trip to Aspen. Our rooms was spacious and the bed was comfortable and clean. Overall their service was excellent. The only area that they can improve on is the frequency of their shuttle services. It comes every 30 min which is not frequent enough during the ski season. As I was waiting for their shuttles in the designated shuttle area in the town, I noticed that every other hotel has around 15 min pick up wait.

The resort is located outside Aspen city center, reachable by shuttle bus provided for free by the hotel. Or you can reach it after a nice walk. Free shuttle service also to the airport. The small cottages are set in a nice landscape and surrounded by trees. At night you can admire the starred sky from the big windows, that during the day let in plenty of  light and sunshine. The furniture are minimal but perfect to enjoy the cleanliness of the lines of Bauhaus architecture. Great atmosphere. I enjoyed morning swimming in the heated outside pool as well as the convenience of gym. Very good breakfast buffet with fresh fruits and pastries, as well as all cooked dishes. Would I recommend the Aspen Meadows Resort? Yes, of course, without hesitation!!!

Stayed just one night on a fly drive holiday . Fabulous spacious rooms in nice grounds.Rooms are well equipped with a small open plan kitchen. Plenty of space to store ski equipment. Not too far from town for shopping and restaurants.

Amazing place. The rooms were big and they had a kitchen, fireplace, books etc. The hot tub was great experience the staff were friendly. The hotel was in a good location The prices were reasonable and they had a dvd rentals too

We stayed at this lovely resort for a short weekend while in town for an ice skating competition. The room was more like a condo with everything we needed. There were so many windows in the room that it felt like we were in the middle of a forest. It is perfectly located in a quite woodsy area but just a couple of miles from town. The best part of the whole experience was the remarkable staff at the resort. We accidentally left one of the skating competition medals in the room. I called thinking it's a lost cause but they shipped it to our house within 2 days. They won us over in ever way, thank you! We will be back soon.

The hotel is located less than 2miles from downtown hence it is less noise and traffic from the city. It is also surounded by lush greeneries so perfect for nature sightseeing too. The original unut that we stayed actually has problem with the bathroom toilet but it was quickly remedied by the management by moving us to another unit which is larger that the previous one. Problem solved and thumbs up to Aspen Meadows. Cheers and Happy Holidays.
