Beautiful Lake Erie views from the front deck and rear yard!! Enjoy a beautiful fire while cooking on the charcoal bbq grill. High speed Wi-Fi & VERY short drive to Geneva on the lake strip & Ashtabula Harbor restraunt and breweries!!! This bungalow is placed in a very desired safe community. There is two 75” smart TVs along w kids 55” tv in back of home. There is one large master bedroom with a king size bed, there is two pull out sofa beds in the Living room!
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
