Skyland Serenity Chalet exceeded our expectations! The house comfortably accommodated all 20 of us with plenty of room to spare—some days I couldn’t even find my friends. Everything was very clean, and all amenities worked perfectly. The beds were comfortable, and I especially appreciated that each bedroom had its own thermostat.The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance you could think of, and we were welcomed with a beautiful goody tray, which was a lovely touch. Location was perfect, grocery store across the street and down Asheville/Tanger Outlets being a 15-20 mins drive.David was quick to respond whenever I had a question and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Perfect home for a large family with kids from 2 to 17 years old. So comfortable and so much to do, no one wanted to leave for other activities! Perfect host - every need was anticipated. Absolutely love our stay!

Friends Getaway

Great home. The gift basket and bagel tray was a nice touch:Arcade room and theater was nice.The fire pit did not work. Not a big deal though. Very nice stay.

Incredible House

This house is absolutely amazing. We rented it for my bachelorette party and it was perfect. The host was very communicative and had pastries and snacks waiting for us at the house. It was definitely the most stocked rental I had ever been in which was great to not have to bring supplies or run to the store. The move theatre was our favorite room and it was so much fun to watch March Madness on the big screen. I would recommend to anyone traveling to Asheville, and I will definitely be back!

Girls weekend!

We had a wonderful stay for a long weekend with girl friends. The house was beyond what I thought it would be, the pictures don’t do it justice!! The host put special touches that made the stay special, I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a big group stay. I will be back for sure! Thanks again!

Beautiful Chateau!

This beautiful home was perfect for our family getaway. Not only did we have all the information needed to prepare but the house was just as pictured. The host was helpful and there was not one thing missing to help make our experience top tier. All around clean, comfy bedding, kitchen essentials, and cozy furniture. The movie room was hands down our favorite amenity. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay with large group

We had a family get together, 13 people total, including three small children. The house is beautiful and perfect for a large group. 10-15 min drive to downtown Asheville. Highly recommend.

Stay at Skyland Serenity Chalet

This place is absolutely amazing! We had a great stay here and would definitely come back. It is clean, all the rooms are so nice. The kitchen is nicely stocked. It is also in a great location to downtown and outdoor activities. The game room was a major highlight. The place exceeds what is written in the listing and would definitely stay here again! The host is also incredibly responsive and helpful

Incredible Home

This home was perfect for hosting a staff retreat. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The amenities of the gameroom, theater, hot tub, sauna, etc. made a perfect space for bonding and memories to be made. The decor of the house was on point with every detail being touch upon. Would return to this house for future visits to Asheville!

Really enjoyed our stay in Asheville, all thanks to the beautiful home we stayed at. This house lived up to all that was advertised. Very pleased!

Very clean and spacious house. Love that the house is all updated and has beautiful bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and bedrooms. I thought the house looked even better in person than the pictures. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We were greeted with sweet welcome gifts which was a very nice touch. I would absolutely stay here again!

Marvelous House & Place to Stay

When we walked in, we were completely amazed. As we opened the doors into the beautiful house, we saw the huge living room area and then kitchen. Eighteen ladies stayed in the house on a retreat and we all loved it! As we arrived there were fresh flowers, pastries, and a basket of snacks. It’s not very often you can fit this many people in a house and feel like you have room to not be on top of each other. We enjoyed the game room, over the top amazing movie theater, hot tub, sauna and so much more. I would recommend this house to anyone with a larger group. I could stay at this house for a long time and not get bored. You will not be disappointed with this house! Absolutely amazing!

Perfect for family get together

We celebrated our parents' 50th wedding anniversary with a weekend away, and this house was perfect for us. It's better equipped than most VRBOs, and they add nice touches like not making you strip the beds when you check out. The movie theater is to die for. So fun! Highly recommended!

Stylish Getaway

The home is spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped. With so many ammenities and areas to hang out, our guests were able to spread out and relax. We really enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, game room, wood burning fireplace and movie theater!

Christmas in Asheville

The property was stunning and perfect for our family who gathered from Three different cities for Christmas week 2023. Such thoughtful amenities, from the selection of coffees to the luxurious linens and robes. The game room was well equipped and the movie room with popcorn maker was such fun for all. The app provided with all information on how to work appliances and checkout info was informative and easy to use. Thank you David for being such an excellent host.

Awesome Stay!

My family and I had an awesome stay at Skyland Serenity Chalet! The home is huge and beautifully decorated. Tons of entertainment for all age groups and well appointed with everything you will need for your stay, plus more! You can get to many AVL attractions within 10-20 mins of the home, which is very convenient. There is also a grocery store right outside of the neighborhood if you need to shop. The driveway up to the home is quite steep, but just be sure to keep momentum and you’ll be fine in any car. David is an AMAZING host - very thoughtful and informative. Gave great recommendations for restaurants to try. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this home again when visiting Asheville!

Wonderful Stay!

We were a group of 5 families staying for our sons’ baseball tournament. It was so nice to be able to relax after the games and for the boys to be all together (they looked forward to the house more than the tournament!). Everything went smooth, the pantry items came in handy, David (property owner) was in communication with us, and last but not least it was amazing to have the laundry ROOM to wash 5 little pairs of WHITE baseball pants. Couldn’t have picked a better place for us. Thank you!
