IT WAS FAIRLY CLOSE TO WHERE WE WENT TO VISIT MY WIFES COUSINS IN ETOWAH. THEY TOOK US AROUND TO THE DIFFERENT LOCATIONS TO SEE THE OLD PLACES MY WIFE REMEMBERED FROM CHILDHOOD. WE SPENT THE DAY WITH THEM AND OTHER COUSINS CAME LATER THAT MY WIFE MET.ALSO WE TOOK PICTURES TO HAVE FROM THE VISIT AND THEY LOOKED AT PICTURES FROM THE PAST.

IT WAS PRETTY FAIR ,BUT THEY WERE HAVING SOME GUYS WORKING ON THE OUTSIDE SO WE HAD TO WALK AROUND THE CONSTRUCTION AREA TO GET TO THE HALLWAY OF THE STAIRWAY TO THE 2nd FLOOR.

Nice hotel, clean rooms & in room coffee maker !! Loved the shower !! Good breakfast too!!

Staff was nice but it would have been nice if someone would have turned our heat on. Room was very cold when we arrived. Bathroom ceiling texture was falling down and was alittle dirty. But overall we had a good stay. Reasonably priced.

Great place to stay while visiting the Hendersonville/Ashville area!! The staff is good especially the breakfast staff!!Good place if you are traveling with a dog! Will come again soon!

Everything was satisfactory. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Was clean, just felt kind of old and worn out. Need more / better lighting everywhere. Comfortable enough bed, everything in the room worked just fine just kind of tired. Amenities listed including HBO didn't have HBO.

Price was a little high for what you get. NON-smoking room lingered of smoking smell.

Clean room, friendly staff and convenient 15-20 minutes outside of Asheville.

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel as it's close to Asheville and on our way to Highlands, NC. Right off the highway, walking distance to restaurants, attractive hotel, clean rooms, flat screen tv, nice well lit bathroom area with the sink and vanity outside of the actual bathroom which is great, shampoos & soaps, blow dryer, cute pool area, hot & cold breakfast items, waffle iron, etc. We can certainly spend more money at the higher priced big hotel chains, but there's really no need with everything you get here.

Looking for a place to spend the night during a trip to the mountains. The only issue was the main lobby had a bad smell. Check in was easy.

This is a perfect location for anything in Hendersonville. We have family in Hendersonville without room for guests, so staying here was a good choice. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, and breakfast provided.

We had every busy days and come in late every night.to a nice, quiet, comfortable, out of way place to stay. It was every nice not to hear road noise nor quest that were rude and loud.

Good hotel for he money. The doors to the rooms are outside and are not in halls (which I don't particularly like). Didn't eat the breakfast and only really got into the room and just slept. Didn't have conditioner in the room which was fine for one night.

All the staff I interacted with were nice and helpful. The room I had was clean and did not smell bad. In fact, it did not have any smell at all. The room was a little dated but overall OK for a short stay. The bed was more comfortable than most in this type of "hotel." The only bad comment that comes to mind is that the toilet seat was a little loose.

Was looking for a relatively cheap overnighter in the class of a Wingate or Comfort Inn. This is a rebranded cheap motel. Not what I would expect from a Comfort Inn. Outside entry doors, subpar air conditioner, uncomfortable beds and more expensive than the Quality Inn down the street with no reason for being more expensive. Breakfast was subpar as well.

Not an original Comfort Inn but some other brand's facility re-branded a Comfort Inn. clean and comfortable but no elevator and I expected eggs, sausage fresh fruit etc.-- the usual comfort Inn hot breakfast-- but did not get it, Waffles and sweets instead.

easy to check in, clean rooms, good breakfast

Visited my Mother, who has lived in the area for over 20 years.Went Shopping and ate alot of good food.Lots of places to eat and shop.Downtown is really cool.Come in the fall.Lots of color.
