The food was ok. And the same food every day which really got boring. Went out to eat off the resort and paid for better food to eat. It is all inclusive but no where to find a soda or snack between certain hours so had to go to the convenient store to pay for it.

Just completed a stay here and we had a relaxing vacation. The staff was very friendly, and the food at the restaurants were great for an all inclusive. The only thing that would have made it better were more activities and entertainment. During the day there was no music or activities by pool. In the evening there were very few shows and no bar or lounges to listen to music or dance.if you are looking for a calm and quiet resort I’d recommend this place.

We stayed for 6 nights. The property was nice. It needs some updating. It's maintained and clean though. The front desk and concierge weren't super friendly or helpful. The rest of the staff was nice and helpful though. I would like to give kudos to Jordy. He is relatively new to the resort but he was always very helpful and kind.

The hospitality from the door was so welcoming. I’m an early bird so I walked around and observed the staff cleaning the open areas to ensure that the spaces were clean of all debris from the overnight winds. My favorite restaurant was the Red Parrot & The Margot. From the servers in the restaurant to the buffet the staff was friendly and very attentive to the guest. EVERYONE was wonderful& I came alone & met some beautiful people who invited me to their Wedding. I will definitely return but next time with my husband.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and inviting. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent customer service that made my experience even better. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!
