The room was ok. There was a cockroach in the room. We had to ask for towels multiple times as well. We felt the room could have been cleaner. The bar ran out of Tito's vodka at random times and then it appeared again. The spa was AMAZING!! Restaurant staff was nice and accommodating.

The view from the balcony was amazing! The beach access was very good especially when we had kids with us. We were a group of 8 and the first evening was a nightmare to be able to have dinner at the buffet. The other evenings we could manage to have nice diners at Club Margot and also at the Red Parrot. Nice night show too.
