Overall, very nice. We enjoyed ourselves. Plenty of things to do.

First time in Aruba. There are plenty of things to do and see around the hotel. Plenty of food choices as well.

Hotel is in downtown so very close to airport, beach, shops, and restaurants. Room has modern look with nice set up. One other thing that stood out was iits own private island with flamingos. Will stay at this hotel again next time around.

I had an excellent time and I would absolutely go again!

It was a great trip. The hotel staff and accommodations were excellent and I’d definite go back.

Our stay surpassed all of our expectations in every way. Aruba is absolutely beautiful. You cannot do all inclusive on this island. We had amazing food on the island and were able to explore other hotels and beaches by eating all over the island. The Renaissance treated us like royalty our entire visit. There was nothing we needed that was not taken care of. The private island was amazing. Not only did the boat come into the lobby to pick us up, but the island awaiting was a private paradise. There were flamingos that posed for selfies, and a cabana where you could receive a beach massage right on the water. This was the highlight of the trip. This place is affordable and amazing, it should be everyone's first and last choice.

The resort is well situated and offers many amenities. The rooms are clean and the staff very friendly, ready to help. It is our third time in Aruba, we stay at the Renaissance & wouldn't chiise in any other hotel.

Nice hotel very clean and nice people. Close to little shops and restaurant. Just a 10 minute taxi ride to the beach and the party places.

We loved coming to see the flamingos and hanging out on the private islands for free since we were staying at the resort! The landscaping around the resort could have been a little more appealing there isn't actually a beach which was a bit dissappointing only a manmade beach with a little pond of water. Yet, the fact that every 15 minutes there are shuttles to the private island pretty much makes up for it. It would be nice to have shuttles to the other beaches such as Eagle, etc.

We only stayed a short time but it was amazing! It was my boyfriends birthday and after we got back from dinner there was a delicious cake in the room ! Even at breakfast they came over to sing for him! I didn't have to say a word ! Love this place and the people !

It was top of the line upon arrival to the facility. The resort is within walking distance of the beach. There is a boat to take you to a private beach. The Aruba people service is the best. I can't wait to return.

Liked the boat service to the private island I think this makes it very special

Had a great time. Very expensive and the cooler didn't keep anything cold. No amenities

Stayed two nights. Close to ahops and eating facilities. Would stay there again.

A wonderful experience in Aruba, staying in this Hotel, I recommend it 100%, The Pool, The Rooms, The Staff, all Excellent

The staff was super friendly, the rooms were very nice and the overall experience was great! It was not far from anything. Their private beach which was a short boat ride from the hotel was great! The islands motto "The friendly island" sure is appropriate, great place to visit. One of our more enjoyable times!!

Could set room temperature to 75 degrees F, but it did not control to that. It was always colder than 75 F.

Love this hotel but it's away from everything else

My experience was excellent, better than I expected.

We loved the private beach, the service, the staff, the pools, everything! There is only one thing we would change and that's the price for drinks and food, if you don't get the all inclusive package, be prepared to pay higher prices or eat out, otherwise this hotel is absolutely perfect!
